Which devices and OS versions does MyApp support?

MyApp is built for modern devices and works best on recent versions of iOS and Android. For the best experience, please keep your operating system and the MyApp application updated to the latest available version.

How can I reset my password?

Open MyApp, go to the sign‑in screen, and tap "Forgot password". Follow the instructions sent to your email inbox. If you still cannot sign in, contact support and we can assist you further.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can request account deletion from within the app settings, or by emailing [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. We will confirm your request and process it in line with our data retention policy.
